It might not mean much to many, but for someone with health issues that result in sudden and very uncomfortable episodes of syncope which is precipitated by a feeling of being clammy and light headed without an ability to get enough air, these small fans are a God send, helping to alleviate the feeling of not being able to breath and reducing the uncomfortable feeling more quickly than usual. Small and easy to transport and use, they are an easy addition to the pack my service dog wears to provide me with my medication. Thank you for the help and speedy service.
